Preferred File Formats:

• PNG: Please send your logo or artwork in .png format for optimal quality.
• JPG/JPEG: If you are sending a .jpg or .jpeg, ensure that the image is at least 1000 pixels wide to maintain clarity.
• Vector Formats: For the highest quality prints, we strongly recommend sending your logo or artwork in vector formats such as .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or editable .pdf. Vector files allow us to scale your design without any loss of quality.

Resolution:

• All submitted artwork should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for the best quality. However, a minimum of 150 DPI is required to ensure acceptable print clarity.

Quality Assurance:

• Mockup Approval: Before we proceed with printing, you will receive a mockup of your product featuring your logo or artwork. This allows you to review and approve the design, ensuring that everything meets your expectations.

• Artwork Revisions: If your logo or artwork does not meet these guidelines, our designers will reach out to you via email or phone. We will work with you to obtain the highest quality version of your design.

• Manual Recreation: In cases where the submitted artwork cannot be used as-is, our designers will manually recreate your logo or artwork to ensure the final print is of the highest standard. Please note that this process may delay your order, but it guarantees the highest print quality possible.
